About Luna

Hi there! My name is Luna.

I am originally from Puerto Rico, a beautiful island that unfortunately has many stray, abandoned, unhealthy dogs. This might have been the start of my deep love for animals in general. Seeing them sick, tired and without home pushed me to want to care for and change the lives of as many creatures as I could. Since I was a kid I cared for many animals like rabbits, ducks, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, fish, and my mother and I used to rescue and rehabilitate dogs and find them good homes. We did this for a good 10 years. I volunteered in an animal shelter and helped out the vets in daily easy tasks as well as part of my exploration of a career path.

My mission is to provide a loving, fun, and caring home away from home to pamper your furry friend so it feels like they are on vacation as well!

We are a loving family from the Byron Bay area and we LOVE pets!. We have a pet friendly, smoke free house with a fenced backyard where we can give the care, love and fun your dog needs. Close to our place are several dog beaches we like to visit if your doggy is allowed to go, and we love going on long walks every single day.
