I'm probably not the 'best' pet minder on the basis that there are people who are actually trained in this sort of thing. I was raised on a 'farm' (we had some horses, a cow, a ram, a sheep and some dogs, but it was more just an unorthodox pet house than a real farm) and I've lived with animals my whole life, they're always such a great comfort to share space with and they're so interesting and beautiful and uh. Yeah, so I'm not one of those "OMG UR DOG IS CUTE OMG YES OMG" people, but that's the same with babies too, I just admire without making heaps of noise and movement and freaking the poor things out.
I've been living away from all my pets (in South Melbourne, of all places!) for nearly a year now and it's killing me, please allow me to pretend your pets are mine for a while and love them in place of my own?...
