PLEASE NOTE** I have my own cat and often foster another. My cat is very friendly and will make friends with dogs but NOT if your dog doesn’t like cats. If you think your dog might chase and try to attack my cat I can not take the risk. If you have a small dog who hasn’t been around cats before then I may be able to accomodate, but the risk is too high for larger dogs who haven’t had cat exposure. I hope you can understand ☺️
I am 23 years old and have had pets my whole life. I have moved out from home now and have decided to hold off getting my own dog for a while and rather care for other peoples fur babies when I am available to do so. I sometimes foster cats depending on my current situation.
I have been a Mad Paws sitter for about 5 years now. I have experience in caring for kittens, cats, birds, fish, puppies that require a lot of attention, and old/sick dogs that require a lot of time and care. I have even had the pleasure to pet sit various reptiles.
It is very important to note that I am also a teacher. This means I will not be home all day with your pet, so please only request a booking if you have pets that are ok with being on their own for 6ish hours a day.
I visit my family often - They have a large 12 month old standard poodle and a 1.5 year old Burmese cat. I will often take pets that I pet-sit to visit my family's pets for a play (if given the ok by their owners of course)!
