As far back as I can remember, I’ve had a affinity for animals, either big or small, I’ve had hamsters and mice and snakes as a child but I’ve always been a sucker for dogs, I will quite happily blind side my friends for their pets.
When we used to visit my Nan as I kid, id quickly give her a kiss then run into the kitchen to see Zac her jet black staffy. He slept under the kitchen bench in a snug little bed, I’d immediately jump in with him for cuddles, his little snub tail waggling, he was my world when we visited, I’d follow him around like a his own shadow, id lay next to him by the fire and go on walks with my Nan taking him to the park, I found it hilarious that he ran at a kind of sideways angle. He was beautiful and so gentle and loving.
To this day I miss him but I see him and his unconditional love in all animals that I pass, ill stop to talk to cows and horses and goats when I see them and ill aid ducks to cross the road if they are scared.
Again as a child in England i used to find injured and scared hedgehogs around my village, and I knew that there was a lovely lady tat would help them recover, she showed my how to remove ticks safely and how to incubate and feed wild life.
I believe al creatures great and small have a natural right to live, and to live well in the natural order of things.
If you decide to leave your pets with me and my wife you can be assured that they will be cared for as if they were my own, I build rapport quickly and act like a big brother to all that enter. We maintain a order with boundaries, I run the dogs that come everyday rain or shine, usually around 5km run or an hour or 2 walk depending. There is small community of dog walkers around me that ive become friendly with and they all have beautiful super friendly staffy’s, great for socialising the un-socialised. We can usually cater for most needs if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask, there are no stupid questions only stupid answers.
