About Rupi and Cyril

We have been pet owners for a number of years.

From Guinea pigs to Chickens and our previous Dog.

Overnight stay while you have fun. Drop off is welcomed from 8.00am and pick up by 2pm please.

We have a large fenced back yard for your Dog to roam and run to his/her heart's content. There is also a large terrace to offer plenty of shade and water for a rest.

We will keep a close eye on your Furbaby when outdoors.

Your pet will have someone here 24 /7 to care, watch and love him/her.

Your pet will sleep inside for safety with us.

We are all about care, love, cuddles and safety as a priority.

We are also close to a number of vets and a 24hour Vetinary Hospital if required.

We have air conditioning so Summer is cool too for when it is too hot outside and warmth in Winter.

If you need care for your pet that is not on our calendar or services not offered, then please ask us anyway to see if we can accommodate you for a longer period or service you require.

Your Furbaby will be treated as Family during their stay with us.

We offer dog washing only for longer stays.
We will take your dog to the self service dogwash close
by.

It is a requirement by Madpaws and us that you fill the Meet & Greet Form on the Website. Please bring with you at time of booking. It is best for your pet so we can look after them well for you. We can Email it if you can't find it.

It is also best for your pet that you provide their regular food to avoid upset tummies.

Please tell us if your dog is a rescue pet. If certain things trigger your pet we like to know. We want your dog to be at ease here. We are dog friendly and it is a safe zone here for them.

If you are new to us, we only confirm a booking after a meet and greet to ensure both parties are happy.
Please confirm your booking promptly if you wish to proceed to secure your spot.

House/Toilet trained pets please and desexed preferred. No puppies. No flea policy....
