I live in a townhouse in Balmain, with an outdoor area, close to parks and dog-friendly beaches. My approach to dog-sitting is that your furry friend can join me in my day to day outings! We can go to the cafe together, afternoon walks with friends and dinner at the pub (if your pet is comfortable with these activities), plus plenty of time for an afternoon nap and cuddles.
I am responsible, caring and patient and would look after your dog as if they were my own. My work schedule is flexible between at home, in the office or at the park when walking dogs, so we can work to a set up that is most comfortable for your dog and you.

Lucy has been pet sitting my Bichon Milou brilliantly for the last 8 months. He means the world to me and I am very picky about who I trust with him. She takes such wonderful care of him, taking him on walks, adventures to the beach, they nap together, he helps her with her computer work...she says he is family and treats him so lovingly. Lucy genuinely LOVES dogs and delights over their unique personalities and bonds with each dog I see her with. Additionally Lucy has been working with me as a dog walker and minder at Balmain Dog Walkers since March 2020. During this time she has built on her existing experience with pets, to work with many types of dogs professionally. Lucy has been fully trained and I trust her to work autonomously within my business, with any of the dogs we care for. She is caring, trustworthy, smart, friendly, reliable, genuine...and has a huge heart. The dogs all adore her as she does them. I can't recommend Lucy highly enough, and am so grateful to her for her care of Milou and all the other dogs at BDW.

I’m really fussy about who I leave my two “Velcro” pups with as they have both have a little bit of separation anxiety when left with carers in the past. However this wasn’t to be the case when I had Lucy mind them overnight. Lucy is an amazing carer, my dogs adore her. She also knew I was a little nervous leaving them so she was fabulous in keeping me updated as to how they were (they had a better weekend than I did!!)
Lucy cares for animals as if they were her own and truly makes them feel loved and safe
They came home very loved up, happy and exhausted I puppies I would leave them again with her in a heartbeat and really highly recommend her without hesitation
