About Carenza
I am the person everyone asks “Can I leave my dog with you?” The reason is I’ve had 2 dogs for nearly 30 years, I am a full time Dog Sitter/Trainer and there’s nothing I won’t do for a dog! Oodles of experience, kindness and understanding from puppies to the elderly and infirm - all are cared and loved like they're my very own. Now that I have an “empty dog/child nest” it’s time I give to others!
Yes your dog is allowed in the house and I will walk, help train and even take them with me on outings. I have a big safe backyard, only it has layers and big trees so its interesting and fun for your dog/s! You tell me your needs and wants and I will honestly listen to you and follow your instructions exactly, my relationship with you and your dog/s I take very seriously. As a bonus I will send you gorgeous photos and videos everyday for your peace of mind, you're even very welcome to randomly live video chat anytime if you wish to check in! Every dog is an individual, feel confident your dog is safe, thriving and cared for properly so your time away is stress free.
Here's some extra important and serious stuff... I'm an Animal First Aid trained, Advanced Dogsitting Certified, Positive Dog Trainer, super clean, COVID aware, air-con or heating if needed, non-smoking, cat and child-free home! I do not have my own dogs so your dog/s are not competing with homeowner dogs guarding their territory! I am the Home Owner, (I'm not breaking any rental lease having pets) and I have my own House, Home and Contents Insurance plus the Madpaws Insurance. I actually spend my entire time with your dog/s, they're not left alone! Together we develop a bond so that we both enjoy being together and they're really happy to come back! In order to keep my home and your dogs healthy, all dogs need to be vaccinated, wormed and tick/flea treated, alternatively I have my house and the entire garden undergo Pest Control Treatments, last done 28/4/20. I have security cameras, perfect tall fences (no holes underneath) and excellent lock up security. I have my own car (in excellent condition) and a current QLD Drivers Licence for emergencies or outings, your dog is also properly and legally secured. I'm fit and strong - I owned horses so on the leash your dog/s are safe and I'm also very cautious about where I take dogs for walks. I don't ever overbook and consult with each owner before I book another dog so your pets are truly considered for their well being. I specialise in puppies, anxious dogs and behavioral problems. Madpaws has rung me for emergency bookings as I'm reliable and also won't cancel your booking! I'm very well known in my area, friends with all my neighbours and after our Meet and Greet you're most welcome to inspect my home!
