Hi, I'm Cerena.
I am married and have 2 children and 3 indoor furbabies.
I am retired from the Navy so I have plenty of time to spend playing, I mean caring, for your pets.
I LOVE ALL PETS.
I have had many years (over 25yrs) of caring for my own animals as well as those of friends, family and word of mouth/referrals.

Pets I have had experience looking after:
CATS - DOGS - BIRDS - HORSES - RATS - GOATS - RABBITS - COWS - SNAKES - GUINEA PIGS - FISH - CHOOKS - DUCKS
If your pet is not listed above, never fear, I will look after them for you.

THE BASICS.
* ALL bookings start with a MEET and GREET. This takes place after you have placed a booking through madpaws.com.au
It will be at YOUR home for SITS & VISITS or at MY home for hosting.
If we all get along I then ADJUST the PRICE accordingly and APPROVE the booking, which at that point you PAY to RESERVE your spot/booking.
* ALL SERVICES WILL INCLUDE DAILY UPDATES/PHOTOS etc if requested.
* FUEL SURCHARGE: this only applies to bookings MORE THAN 10km from KANGAROO FLAT POST OFFICE.
The fuel surcharge will be applied for every km over 10km, calculated from Kangaroo Flat Post Office to your home, then back to KANGAROO FLAT POST OFFICE. This will be calculated at the meet-n-greet for new customers, or before approval if a repeat customer. The surcharge is $0.50c PER KM TO and FROM the booking.

MY SERVICES.
Here are the services I offer (can be adjusted within reason, to suit us both. I may have forgotten something)

* PET HOSTING (Your pet stays AT MY Home, NOT IN my home)
Please make sure your pet/s are bathed and flea free before they are dropped off to us. (They will be checked before they are left with us)
ALL DOGS/CATS MUST BE UP TO DATE WITH VACCINATIONS & MUST BE DESEXED.
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF THIS at the meet n Greet.
They also MUST HAVE HAD ALL VACCINATIONS AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE BOOKING COMMENCING.
Price starts at $30 per NIGHT.
If days are required, that will be extra.

I now accept Dogs & Cats AT, NOT IN, my home.
Dogs will be locked in a large dog run during the night (if required) and will play in our large fenced back yard during the day.
Cats will be in an outdoor cattery, with walks around yard on a lead/harness if they wish.
All other pets are welcome, but they must have their own cage etc. We do have 1 large enclosure available.
Pick Up and Drop Off can be arranged at Pet Taxi prices.
You will need to provide their food and litter.

* PET/HOUSE SITTING (I STAY the NIGHT/S in YOUR home)
You DON'T have to have a pet to use this service.
Included with this service - I will WATER YOUR GARDEN, BRING IN YOUR MAIL & PUT OUT YOUR BINS.
If you have pets then PLAY and SNUGGLES are a MUST.

* HOUSE/PET VISITING (this is where I VISIT YOUR HOME during the day. The visit is for 1/2 an hr)
You may have 1 or 2 visits per day.
You DON'T have to have a pet to use this service.
Included with this service - I will WATER YOUR GARDEN, BRING IN YOUR MAIL & PUT OUT YOUR BINS.
If you have PETS then PLAY and SNUGGLES are a MUST.

* PET DAY CARE (AT MY home)
This service is offered BETWEEN 8am and 6pm.
Drop off is BEFORE 8am or AFTER 9am, depending on the day booked.
Pickup is BEFORE 230pm or AFTER 430pm.

* DOG WALKING (YOUR home area)
Walks are for approximately 25min. 2 small to medium dogs or 1 large dog per walk. MUST be on a LEASH.

* PET GROOMING - I have a great Mobile Dog Wash Company that comes and pampers your pet.

* PET TAXI (price starts at $20)
I can PICK UP and DROP OFF your pets to and from your home to places such as the vets, groomers and more.
Emergency and pre-planned trips available.
I am based in Kangaroo Flat.
1 Pick up and 1 drop off in Kangaroo Flat is $10.
1 pick up in KF and drop off elsewhere (no more than 10km from KF) is $20.
1 Pick up (no more than 10 km from KF) and drop off (no more than 10 km from KF) is $30.
If pick up and or drop off is more than 10 km from KF, then price will be $30 plus $1 per km (distance calculated from 10Km from KF)

* MEDICATIONS
Giving your pet medications will not be a problem for me. I have had plenty of practice over the years.

* CATS
If your cat will let me, I can clip their claws and bath/brush them as well, if you would like me to.
Taking them for a walk on their leash/harness is also not a problem.
(I do the above with my 3 cats)

Cancellation: Strict

A full refund will be offered to Pet Owners if they cancel up until 14 days before the booking at 12 noon. After which Pet Owners will be charged 50% of the total booking value.
