About Madelyn
I am a massive animal lover with lots of education and experience. I'm currently studying animal science at University and am volunteering at RSPCA. I have had pets since the day I was born, so you could say I was born to love animals!
I have a Labrador named Toby that loves making new friends (both dog and human!) he has a deep bark, but a kind heart. He is very gentle with small dogs and although he is an old dog now, he feeds off the energy of young pups and turns into the puppy of his youth!
I have two cats, Bazyl and Kismet. Bazyl believes he owns me and Kismet believes he owns the bed! They are fine with doggy visitors but generally stay out of the way to favourite sleep spots. My guinea pigs Fi and Midna live in an enclosure off the ground so they are safe from all animals, but are not afraid of cats or dogs surprisingly!
I aim to provide the same love and care I give to my own pets to yours. I know how much pets can miss their owners, so I aim to give the best care and love to help them through this, so you may also have peace of mind and enjoy your holiday!
I have pet sit for family and neighbours in the past and have volunteered at RSPCA for almost two years. I want to do more for animal-kind as a long-term career. For now, I will do more for you and your fur babies!
We have a fully fenced backyard Toby always runs around (and a sectioned area for the cats), and a large grassy area not far from my home. I'm also a short drive away from a variety of parks that Toby loves to explore!
Dogs and rabbits/guinea pigs (if you can bring their enclosures) can stay at my home during the day. I can also go to your dog, cat, rabbit or guinea pig's home and care for them there, whether it be overnight, for a day or check ins. Walks are also a service I provide. It is so much fun walking with a dog friend! If you think our dogs will get along, I'm sure my dog Toby would also love to join in!
We're passionate, caring, reliable and punctual. I'm very well-knowledged on pet care, including guinea pig grooming, basic dog training and I even know how to leash train cats!
I will send daily photos of your fur babies so you may have peace of mind while you're away! I hope you consider us for the care of your pets, and I hope to meet you (and them) soon!...
