About Prue

I have always been a TRUE animal lover & environmentalist. I worked with the veterinarian at the Adelaide Zoo as a school girl, have studied nursing, and biology at university, have a communications degree & completed the APMA EXAMS during my 17 yr career as a specialist medical representative for Swiss & French companies. I have always owned both dogs and cats, including a magnificent Boxer, a beautiful black Lab & an incredibly human Devon Rex named Noodles.

I retired from my job after 17 years, as my role required more & more international travel. After losing my own animals I began continuously minding other people in my home, which led me to join Mad Paws.

My aim is to deliver the best possible experience for your pets. I will enjoy providing loads of TLC, ensuring they are well fed at the times you elect, walking them & make sure they are happy whilst their Mums & dads are away.

I have chosen to do this because I love spending time with animals & would much prefer animals not to be in Kennels. My home has an extension with a large covered stone veranda & doors that open to the house. I Have a lovely, animal-friendly & completely secure back garden with shade trees. I am conveniently located near particularly beautiful dog parks.

I am happy for your dogs to sleep inside. I will take care of all pets as though they were my own. I am reliable & punctual & can provide you with daily photos & videos so you can relax whilst you are away, I work from home so your pets will be assured of company.
