My partner and I have used Mad Paws a couple of times to find pet sitters for our dog and we'd like to share the love. We have a home with a large enclosed backyard and we often work during the day so your dog would need to be able to be left outside at home (with our dog). However when we're not at work your dog would be a part of our lives - inside while we're home, coming for walks each day to the beach or river with us, sleeping inside (if desired), hiking and camping on weekends - treated as if one of our own.
Most importantly your dog would need to get along with ours - meet & greet essential. Our dog Edie is an energetic, socialised, medium-large dog - for this reason we're unable to accept small dogs or puppies throughout the week, although we could possibly make exceptions on weekends when we're at home.
Given our schedules we're generally more likely to be able to accept last minute rather than bookings well in advance. ...
