After two years of looking after my brave girl, at the age of 16 I had to recently let her go :-(. I can now go shopping and visit friends without worrying about my girl being left alone at home, however, missing doggy love in my home.
I have worked with rescue groups for many years via PAA, Animals-In-Need-Brisbane and Sunshine Coast Animal Rescue. I now want to put this experience to use by being a temporary doggy mum when a dog's real Mum and Dad can not be there. I live in Rosehill Place at Burpengary, am experienced at transporting, walking and training dogs and currently studying dog psychology and training. I have calmed many homeless uphappy pooches whilst they wait for a home. I can do home visits and walks close to my home, have a secure medium sized yard and a stroller to walk small oldies (thanks to my Molly, may she RIP). I would like to care for dogs in my home while I work and happy to take a calm dog into my home for a weekend or week or so his or her mum and dad can go on a mini holiday. ...
