Hi! I’m Maddie, a lifelong dog lover and experienced pet sitter based in Brisbane. I work in IT in the Fortitude Valley office currently doing fortnightly shift work rotating between:
M-Fri 8-4pm 3 days in office 2 days WFH
M-Fri 3pm-12am ALL working from office 

Therefore, mainly available weekends to care for your furry family members unless they are ok being left alone during the day. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities, and I absolutely love getting to know each pup’s unique quirks and routines.

Whether your dog loves beach walks, park playtime, or a quiet cuddle at home, I tailor every visit to suit their needs. I prioritise long walks (usually 45–60 minutes), enrichment, and plenty of affection to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I’m reliable, down-to-earth, and will always keep you updated with photos and messages. I’d love to be your dog’s second-best friend (after you, of course)!

My family and dogs are in New Zealand so I house and pet sit because I miss them a lot. I have always loved pet sitting in New Zealand, Canada and on the Gold Coast. I adore taking dogs for walk as find it so therapeutic and we are so lucky in brisbane! Coming home after a long day to an excited dog is one of my favourite feelings with this being a key motivator to pet and house sit. 

I am only able to look after your dogs in your homes and I assure you they will be treated like the prince and princesses that they are! I am able to give all of the cuddles and walks daily. Vaccinated is definitely preferred please. 

Before any pet-sitting engagement, I prefer to meet you and your pets to ensure everyone is comfortable. I also prefer to only look after and walk dogs that are socialised and had basic training, so that the experience is enjoyed by all! 

I have a recent Australian National police certificate for additional security.  For my dog walking services you can expect:  
-adventures in the car to dog parks and walks 
-house/apartment locked and secured after the booking and whilst out and about 
-keys left in safe place as requested  
-I prefer no off lead play unless gotten to know very well or in a safe and secured area without many, if any other dogs
 -spending time with your fur baby 
-open to further discussion! 

For house sitting services, I totally understand that some pets get anxious by themselves, especially when it gets dark, so I'd love to come stay at your place and keep them company. I love taking dogs out for days trips too when house sitting!
