About Kat

My name is Kat, I am a qualified veterinary nurse. I have worked in general practice and emergency veterinary hospitals. Since then I went into cat boarding and animal shelter work. Where I’ve worked for the past 6 years. Prior to this I worked as a residential youth worker while volunteering with animals.

I absolutely love animals, especially cats. I have experience with medication administration, both orally and subcutaneous. I understand the industry well and have extensive knowledge of infection control and daily cleaning.

I have two very friendly cats of my own. Fat tabby Ollie and floofy ginger Gremmie. Both are boys and love other cats if they will love them back.

Cats boarding with me will have their own separate enclosures and will be able to come out to stretch their legs a few time throughout the day and night. It will be up to them if they would like to socialise with my cats. If they don’t like other cats, they will most definitely get time out on their own.

I have a balcony that is cat netted and air conditioning for those hot or cold days. And most importantly cat guests will receive as much TLC as they will tolerate😹...
