I have used Mad Paws many times. However, this time really made me question if we will do so again. My animals were alive and fed. My house was not trashed. But we are fairly certain she did not stay in our home overnight as was specifically requested. We don't have a camera so I don't have hard evidence but it was obvious by the state of the house: no accumulated trash, no dishwasher use, same 2 dishes we had in/on the sink still as they were 3 weeks before, bed not used, towels EXACTLY as they were, shower not used (dust accumulation), only 1 picture, etc. It was different than just leaving the house extremely tidy -it was stagnant and As I said, I can't say with 100% evidence but book at your own risk. We won't be using her again.
