I’m Maya, and I’m currently studying Wildlife Science at UQ. I’ve always loved animals and aspired to work with them since I was little. I have my own dog — a 4‑year‑old Maltese Shih Tzu named Benji — so I understand how important it is to find someone who will genuinely care for your furbaby and make them feel at home. I live with my parents and my 15‑year‑old sister, who all adore dogs just as much as I do. We prefer looking after small dogs, as they’re the best fit for our lifestyle, our home, and for Benji’s comfort. We have many parks near our house which are perfect for walks, as well as a spacious backyard great for play and running around.
