Hello, my name is Menglu, and I’m excited to care for your pets! I completed a Master of Social Work at CDU last year and stayed in Darwin for a more balanced lifestyle. I have always loved being around animals. Growing up, I was surrounded by pets like dogs, cats, and even lizards, which taught me to appreciate their unique personalities and companionship.

When I first came to Australia, I stayed with a host family and helped care for their pets while assisting with house chores. I’ve also frequently helped friends look after their dogs and cats for weeks while they’ve been on holiday. These experiences, combined with several pet-sitting in Darwin, have deepened my understanding of animals’ needs and how to provide them with love and attention.

I’m familiar with local parks and love taking dogs for walks or just spending quality time with pets. Caring for animals is also a form of self-care for me, and I enjoy building strong bonds with them.
