I have 2 children, we live in Collaroy & enjoy all that the northern beaches has to offer. We are quite an active family,  but also big home-bodies who enjoy our down time just chilling around our home in the pool and in the backyard. We owned a pugalier "Zoe" for 15 years who sadly passed away last year and we are looking for a bit of a "doggy fix" until we are ready for our own again one day. 
We also have a bunny and lots of fish! 
We have done plenty of pet sitting for our neighbours and family, usually dogs but love all animals.  
Our home set up is we have a good sized backyard with enough room to play for a small- medium dog. We can't have aggressive dogs with the kids, or barkers to keep the neighbours happy. 
We prefer calm breeds, no escape artists please!! We have a pool but that's safely fenced off. We have a quiet neighbourhood and plenty of parks and beaches nearby.
 As I work part time, we prefer to pet sit over the weekends so our furry friends aren't left alone all day, but can make allowances in the school holidays for during the week when we are all around a lot more
