About Tharina
Love is a strong word, but best describes my feelings towards all animals great and small.
I've always loved animals since I can remember. From a farming background, I’ve worked with a variety of animals and as a pet sitter and dog walker for over 5 years.
I love pets as you can care for them, train them, play with them and just learn to understand them better in a more intimate and face to face environment.
I love working with all kinds of animals, different breeds, types, ages, personalities, needs, behavioural and emotional states.
Having a genuine care attitude for all animals and the patience I've always found myself really investing my time and spending a great deal of energy with animals, focusing on them and their needs, and the bonus is that I enjoy them as much as they do me. I really love getting to know the animals personalities and likes, and quickly pick up on their dislikes.
I am passionate when it comes to dogs, as I follow Cesar Millan and know that it takes time, energy and attitude to really bond with a pet.

Tharina was so amazing with our puppy and 3 cats. Including one cat recently having surgery and needing medication. We received updates twice or more daily and were kept worry free as we knew they were all so well cared for. She also respected our home and went above and beyond.Can’t wait to have Tharina look after them all next time.

Tharina has been looking after our Winnie for almost 12 months now and we and Winnie both love her!
What started off as an 1 day a week idea is now 3 days and we wouldn’t be without her!
Winnie is calm, happy and loves her weekly adventures to the park, swimming and beaches and we always get lots of photos with her big staffy smile!
Tharina also goes above and beyond and when Winnie had her operation spent hours at home with her whilst we worked.
We wouldn’t be without Tharina and highly recommend!

Tharina is a fabulous pet sitter and takes such great care of our White Swiss Shepherd and cat when we go away. I can always rely on her. We love the regular updates of their walks and time together (love the photos too!). Our house is always clean when we return. Highly recommend Tharina for your petsitting needs.
