I grew up in a household with many dogs, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I’ve had experience with a wide range of breeds from larger dogs like Labradors to medium-sized French Bulldogs and smaller breeds such as Yorkshire Terriers. I’ve also assisted neighbours with pet-sitting, including looking after Staffies.
Since moving to Brisbane for university, I’ve genuinely missed having my own dogs around, which is a big part of why I’d love the opportunity to look after other people’s pets. As a uni student, I have a flexible schedule and plenty of free time to dedicate to walking, feeding, and spending quality time with the dogs in my care. I’m a clean, organised person, and I treat every pet with the same level of care and affection I would give my own. I live on the first floor of my apartment which is directly across from a park which makes regular walks and outdoor time very convenient.
