Hello, we’re Hannah & James! 🐾

We’ve both grown up with dogs and cats and have always been the people our friends and family trust to look after their pets. Hannah had Wilbur, a Chihuahua x Yorkshire Terrier, for 14 years, so she grew up with him by her side and knows how much a dog becomes part of the family. Sadly, he passed away only last year. James also grew up with his Yorkshire Terrier, Randolph, and we’ve both had plenty of experience with dogs of different ages, sizes and personalities.

We’re particularly comfortable around nervous or anxious dogs and understand that every dog communicates differently. We’re confident reading body language and behaviour, knowing when a dog needs space, reassurance or a bit of extra patience, and making sure they feel safe and settled in a new environment. Hannah also volunteered at a local vet clinic for a year, giving her hands-on experience caring for animals. More recently, we’ve loved looking after friends’ dogs, including Roo (Cockapoo), Reggie (English Bulldog) and Springer (a Springer Spaniel), and we genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog’s individual personality.

We live in Cremorne and are lucky to have lots of beautiful walks and green spaces nearby, including the Yarra River and Botanical Gardens. We love getting out for walks, exploring new places and having a dog around to share it with! We’d treat your pet as one of our own, following their usual routine and making sure they get plenty of love, attention, exercise and cuddles while you’re away. ❤️
