They call me the Cat Whisperer. The most challenging of cats feels comfortable around me, even if it takes a few days.

I always start by understanding what helps each pet feel happy, safe and settled. Sometimes that means giving them space for a few days while they get used to me. Other times it has meant sitting in a wardrobe and hand-feeding a shy cat to make sure they were eating. I enjoy earning each pet's trust at their own pace.

Every pet has their own routines, quirks and personality, and I'm meticulous about following your instructions so they experience as little disruption as possible.

I make sure your pet receives plenty of attention, companionship and affection while you're away. Whether that's walks to the park, extra playtime or relaxing together on the couch, I'm happy to adapt to what makes them happiest. I do work from home, so I can spend plenty of time with your pets and keep a close eye on them throughout the day.

Recent house sits include:
• Maine Coon – Timed diet and a cat who isn't keen on strangers. By the end, I'd like to think Id progressed from being tolerated to enjoying each other's company.
• Young Tabby – Daily games of rubber band fetch and lots of playtime.
• Cavoodle – Twice-daily walks, cuddles and companionship.
• Persian sisters – Timid girls with complex dietary needs, including one with feline idiopathic cystitis.
• Ragdoll kittens - High energy, lots of attention and cuddles

I'll keep you updated with regular messages and photos, and when you return you'll find your home just as you left it.

I'm a Sydney local and homeowner, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can genuinely trust with both your pets (your babies!) and your home. I'm in a quiet, settled stage of life, so you can be confident your home will be treated with the same care and respect as my own. People describe me as calm, reliable, patient and respectful

Being based in the Eastern Suburbs, I particularly enjoy caring for pets in this area, although I'm happy to consider other locations.
