Hi, I'm Caroline, your local cat minder in Elwood! I work from home, allowing me to host your cat(s) at my home. 

Over the past years, I've hosted and fostered many kittens and adult cats through rescues like Rocky Roads, Heart & Soul, and the Cat Orphanage. Some came to me very sick, but with love and care, they became the healthiest, happiest and most social cats.

I can host your cat overnight in my dedicated cat guest room, which has everything that a cat may need. Your cat will get time to explore the rest of the house too once they've gotten used to the new environment. There’s also an enclosed patio your cat can access (supervised) if they’d like to enjoy some outdoor time, depending on your preferences. 

I'll spend lots of time with your cat. I only host one cat (or cat family) at a time. In addition to feeding and litter cleaning, I genuinely enjoy engaging with your cat, whether it's playing, cuddling, brushing, and even tucking them into their blanket (only if they like that, of course)! 

I can give you daily photo updates. It's recommended to bring your cat's favourite toys and bedding so that they can feel more at home. 

You can bring your cat's favourite food and litter, or it can be provided at cost. I'll ask you to bring medications and any special dietary/prescription food (please make sure you provide enough for duration of the stay).
