I am a dog person. They love me and I love them. I've had dogs all my life and have even trained guide-dog puppies. I am all my friends' go-to for dog-sitting because my dog Asco, a 10-year old lagotto, gets along with all other dogs. She is non-threatening by virtue of simply ignoring them. 
I work from home so your dog will have someone chatting to it and giving pats as I procrastinate on work tasks. 
We live very near the Eddy Gardens, so Asco and I are there twice a day for walks.
