About Tylah
Welcome to the WaggyTails Hotel!
My partner Dan and I have grown up our entire lives with Pets around us. We have taken care of dogs of all sizes and breeds along with cats alike.
We know we will take amazing care of your pets, we can be attentive with their routines and needs and will give them a safe and comfortable place to stay.
Due to our experience caring for a diverse range of doggo’s, we have learnt to become highly adaptable and understanding of different pooches personalities and how to best navigate them.
Our apartment is high-rise however safe and secure, with access to a small balcony and a grass puppy-matt for toilet duties, however most toiletries are done on our twice daily walks around town!
We are always prepared for a few accidents inside, however pups that aren’t toilet trained will incur a 30% cleaning fee🧽Due to our lease if this fee is not applied prior we may have to invoice for damages caused, so please let us know beforehand to avoid this! 💩
Please note, if you require pick-up drop off times before 7am or after 5pm a $20 after hours charge will be added to the booking 🐾

A full refund will be offered to Pet Owners if they cancel up until the day before the booking at 12 noon. After which Pet Owners will be charged 50% of the total booking value.
