I have owned dogs all my life! From small to big. I have pet sit for family pets before having my son in February 2023. 
We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved dog in December 2023. I'm currently home a lot with my son while on maternity leave. My son has a love for animals like his Mum. Our yard is about 30m2 and is fully secure fencing. We live directly across from a dog park with plenty of beautiful walking tracks also. 
I would have to ask that all pets are kid friendly for my boys safety.
