About Verity

My partner Dave and I have surrounded ourself with animals, having two dogs and two cats of our own. We have a deep respect and love for l animals and we look after them with much care. We have been using Mad Paws for just under a year and in that time Dave and I have been so lucky to have look after so many beautiful doggies.

Dave and I have gained great experience by doing dog sitting and have learn to look after dogs with all behaviours and habits , but we do still ask that owners disclose any behaviours or habits which make your doggie unique.
Owners are more than welcome to have a pre- tour of our property before booking in for a home stay with us.

The pets services which we offer are:

24hr Care:
• For your dog whilst you are away.
With 24 hr we feed, play and love your Doggie for you. Don’t stress owners, we’ll send you daily photo updates to let you know how your Doggies are doing .
•We include a daily walk in our 24hr services and guaranteed cuddle time.

Pet Day Care :
• We can look after your dog for the day. Your dog is guaranteed cuddles, play time and dog socialisation.

House Visiting Service
•Instead of your doggie staying with us, we come to visit your dog at your home whilst your away. Well make sure you doggie gets fed, water , plays time and we'll even pick up the 💩.

Dog Walking Services:
•We will come pick your dog up and take them for a walk for 45 minutes.

Please take into consideration the following terms and conditions of using our services booking into our 24hr care service :

•Dogs booked in for 24hr care can be left for up to 3 hrs unsupervised by Dog Sitters in a seperated area from other dogs.
•Contact hours for Owners are between 9-5 Monday-Sunday any messages sent outside these hours may not be responded to, in till business hours the next day.
•Once a drop off and pick up time Is argreed upon by owner and sitter it must be respected. For example if you drop your dog off at 5pm, you must pick your dog up at 5pm on the pick up date otherwise additional charges will be added.( Extra time can be added to a booking if you are going to be a late pickup).
• If the owner of a dog would like to take their dog out for the day whilst their dog is in our care, the time and date must be arrange before the booking commences.

Please consider terms and conditions before booking into our Day Care Service:

Day care hours are between 8am and 6pm.
• Day Care Service is only available when sitters can guarantee 8am to 6pm availability.

Cancellation: Moderate

A full refund will be offered to Pet Owners if they cancel up until 7 days before the booking at 12 noon. After which Pet Owners will be charged 50% of the total booking value.
