Hi, my name is Declan. I have been a lifelong pet lover and throughout my life have always had a pets in the home. Unfortunately in late August I lost my fur child Vivienne at just 2 years old after a long battle with lymphoma. My partner and I cannot bring ourselves to adopt another animal at this stage. So to me this is a perfect opportunity for me to be able to care for and nurture animals until/likely continuing past that time. I work shift work as a non-emergency phone operator for QPS, so I often have large amounts of free time during traditional working hours.
