About Karen

Hello there. I offer a pet-sitting service just for small dogs (my girl is frightened of anyone bigger), with healthy discounts for repeat visits or couples (i.e. two dogs). I have grown up with dogs (and a cat and some goldfish) and I love animals. About four years ago, I had the privilege to be a foster mother for a pregnant labrador, through the RSPCA. I looked after the Mama, Jackie, and her eight little sausages until they were ready for adoption.

I live centrally in Harristown in a house with a fully fenced yard. The yard is not huge, but there's enough room to do donuts/zoomies and your little'uns can roam from the front to the back. Pooches are welcome on the furniture which I keep covered, and there is a pet door so they can go in and out as they please. I am a work-at-home therapist and student, so I am home 90% of the time and keep the heating/cooling going, with soft lighting at night. Lots of pats, cuddles, conversation, and tummy rubs are available, and the occasional walk.

I am more than happy to look after feather-kids also, but you would have to give me full instructions as I've never done so before. I have looked after cats once or twice, but we might wait til later to introduce them to our hosting.
