We have the perfect home for an active dog or two who like to run and play. We have a big block with lots of grass and gardens to explore, and a large undercover patio beside the pool for them to laze about (plus dog-friendly indoors).

We have some booking limitations:
1. We don't accept dogs younger than 12 months
2. Male dogs will only be accepted if they have been desexed
3. Sorry but no tiny dogs (ie. <4kg) as they can get through our pool fence
4. Minimum bookings of three nights (except repeat stays)

Our home comes with our own two dogs to keep yours company:
• Mia is our two-year-old Labrador x Staffy. She is typically submissive, very obedient, likes being around other dogs, and loves to play!
• Buddy is a five-year-old miniature fox terrior. He is far more boisterous and likes to be in charge. He is very playful, but it really depends on the other dog.

Our two dogs (but especially Mia) love to play. Whether your dog loves to chase or be chased, or better yet, a friendly wrestle, then this is the house for them. Sometimes they will be playing with new dogs within a couple of minutes, other times a couple of days, but they always end up playing together eventually.

The dogs are allowed everywhere inside (except the bedrooms) when we're home. If you don’t want your dog to know the joy of cuddling up on the sofa, then this may not be the house for them :) We have a doggy door for them to get in and out easily.

We don't work long hours, so when there is no-one home during the day, it's generally only 6-8 hrs they are actually left alone. We’re sure all our dogs will get along wonderfully, but in case they don’t, we have a backup family member nearby who can take our two dogs at a moment’s notice, so no need to worry.

We take the dogs to off leash dog parks as much as possible (we have quite a few nearby), but our property is big enough that it is not necessary, so if you wish for your dog to stay secure at our house, then that is no problem. Likewise, if you want them to stay on lead, no problem!
