About Larraine

Hi there

My name is Larraine, recently retired from small business, and have over 50 years experience looking after a wide variety of animals both in a rural and suburban setting. These include horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, chickens, sheep, cattle, mice, and even geese.

I am a patient, gentle and experienced pet owner and will treat your pet as if they were my own in my warm, inviting, and comfortable home in the foothills of Perth. Being located close to many walking spots and being a keen walker, I am comfortable with both active and inactive animals.

My home in High Wycombe is fully fenced and has access to allow your pet the freedom to come in and out as they need, as well as an extensive patio and lawn area for playtime, and I’m particularly fastidious in regards to sanitation and cleanliness in all areas.

There is also a custom-built, and secure cat run, complete with a cat door to a fly screened bedroom, for those wanting to ensure their cats will have access to fresh air and activities whilst having the peace of mind that they will be secure and safe during their stay. A cat scratching pole and sun chairs are available in this area.

I have no animals of my own at present so your pet will have the entire property to themselves and will have a sleeping area next to the fireplace in winter, or air conditioning in summer to ensure every comfort.

Being in excellent health, a non-smoker, and very active, I can provide walking and sitting services for your much loved family member and can also administer any medication and ensure any special dietary requirements are catered for appropriately. Home baked pet treats can also be offered, with approval of owners.

Day care services:
1 to 5 hours. $39.00
5 to 9 hours. $55.00

For walking service these are usually:
30-45 minutes for senior dogs or puppies
45-60 minutes for all other dogs

For house visits I am happy to offer the following support at no additional charge:
- Bring in mail
- Take bins in and out
- Watering of indoor and outdoor plants

Located 15 minutes from the International airport makes it a convenient option for those travelling interstate and overseas.

I have a police clearance and am fully vaccinated.

All new families will need to come for a meet and greet before your scheduled booking to ensure we are both comfortable.
