Hi there, I’m Martina!

I'm passionate about connecting with animals and providing them with the best care possible. I’m kind-hearted, energetic, and a great leader.

During our “meet and greet” session, I’ll take the time to understand your pet’s needs and requirements. I’m a very understanding person and take a holistic approach. 

I’m knowledgeable about dogs, taking special consideration for those who have experienced trauma and anxiety. I prioritise their safety first, redirect unwanted behaviors, and engage through positive reinforcement.

Leading up to a previous dog sit with an anxious high-energy dog, I would meet weekly for 1-2hr sessions in the weeks before the sit to familiarise with her, alternating between walks, training, and being in her space, to ensure her comfortability with me before her family went overseas for 3 weeks. 

I'm primarily looking to do sits, but can walk and train dogs too. I will always walk a dog and play with them for no extra charge on a dog sit, as this is vital to their wellbeing. I can put in extra effort of training if arranged. I am respectful of the homes I stay in.
