The pros: Cass was great to communicate with and very responsive and polite. She took wonderful care of our dogs.
Unfortunately some things in my other animals routine weren't followed; the biggest issue being my rat (who is in palliative care) not receiving his heart medication and heat source. This could have been fatal, hence the low review.
