I am a qualified veterinary nurse with a true passion for the wellbeing of pets! I have been working in the animal industry for 4+ years but have loved being around animals my whole life.
I have done a mix of volunteering at the RSPCA, worked in boarding kennels and am currently employed as the head veterinary nurse at a local vet clinic in Canberra.
I have been pet sitting casually for a number of years just for friends and family but have recently decided to branch out further to MadPaws because I really want to be able to help more people with their pet sitting needs.
I have owned both cats and dogs in my life but have also cared for so many different breeds/sizes of animals at my work so I feel very confident that I can care & cater for a wide variety of pets. I can also administer medications, trim nails and do first aid on both cats and dogs if required.
I love the idea of being able to care for your pets in their own environment because they're able to continue their normal routines in the comfort of their own home which ultimately promotes an easy, stress-free experience for them while you'e away.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask me!...
