I have been in Sydney for the past year and am studying for a post grad degree. My family - my parents , my bother, my cat and my dog have their home in New Delhi. Although my frequent Skype sessions sometimes reward me with a direct gaze into the camera by my cat, my 2 year old black lab simply refuses to cooperate despite all my coaxing and whistling (which I'm sure gives my flatmates plenty to judge me by). He does however recognise my voice and then proceeds to tear up any item of clothing accessible to him in protest, while the rest of my family is chatting with me. I wish I could reach through the screen and hug my doggie while he oh-so-lovingly slobbers all over me, with complete disregard for anything else but his own agenda. I miss the way my cat would (on her own terms) lightly jump onto my bed, sometime at night, settling herself so that I couldn't move a muscle, lest I disturb her majesty. I miss them both terribly and am in major need of some pet therapy :) I would love to be able to take care of any pets needing some company in Sydney. I love pets and know what it takes to care for them and would do so very happily. Do let me know if anyone needs a pet minder or sitter in and around the city! ...
