About Amy
I love animals of all shapes and sizes, and have been around all sorts of animals my whole life. It is so special for someone to create a bond with an animal, and I know how important pets are to families. Personally, I have owned fish, guinea pigs, a dog, and a cat in the past. I'm currently on a working holiday visa in Australia, and I don't have any fur babies of my own, so I would love to come love on yours!
In University, I studied psychology, so I understand how animals learn through associations, and I will do everything I can to create positive associations between me and your pet. I'm open to offering training assistance and have a bit of dog training experience. (it’s all about the treats!)
Below is a description of what is included in each service I offer, but please feel free to send me a message with any questions or concerns you may have.
House Visiting: This service is primarily for cats, but can also apply to dogs who just need some food or to be let out at any point during the day. This service includes feeding, cleaning the litter box, and up to an hour of cuddle time for your furry friend depending on individual needs. Because I rely on public transportation, this service is only offered in the following suburbs: Kirribilli, Milsons Point, North Sydney, Neutral Bay, Sydney CBD
Dog Walking: I will walk your dog for up to one hour in your neighborhood. I am happy to stop at parks to allow your dog time to play with friends. This service is only offered in the following suburbs: Kirribilli, Milsons Point, North Sydney, Neutral Bay, Sydney CBD
Pet Day Care: This service is for me to stay at your house with your pet for 2 hours or more during the day. This service is offered primarily on weekends.
Dog Training: If you are looking for basic puppy training for things like sit, stay, come, then I can help! I offer up to 1.5 hours of training with the owners present, or you can add training on to a walk or pet day care session to supplement training you do on your own.
I do not offer overnight pet sitting or pet hosting.
I do my best to communicate effectively with each client, and I will send lots of pictures and updates of your furry friend while you are away!
