Hi, I’m Marlena! 🐾

I’ve always loved dogs and have naturally become the go-to person among my family, friends and neighbours whenever they need someone they trust to look after their pets while they’re away.

I regularly look after Molly, my sister’s 6-year-old Border Collie, and over the years my friends and neighbours have also started relying on me to care for their dogs when they go away — especially for longer holidays. I’ve had the pleasure of looking after Collies and Poodles in particular, as these are the breeds most common among my friends and neighbours.

I work from home, so your dog will have plenty of company throughout the day. I enjoy both relaxed sniff-and-explore walks and more active play. If your dog loves chasing a ball two or three times a day, learning new tricks or practising their commands, I’m very used to that with Collies! 🐶

We’re also in a great spot for dogs. We’re only about 2 km from the beach, there’s a dog park just around the corner, and plenty of walking paths and tracks nearby for exploring and getting some fresh air.

I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, including feeding times, walks, playtime and any little habits that help them feel comfortable and settled.

I know how much trust is involved in leaving your dog with someone else, so my priority is always making them feel safe, happy and at home. I genuinely enjoy having dogs around and love seeing them settle in, relax and make themselves comfortable.

Whether your dog needs a fun day of daycare or a longer stay while you’re away, I’d love to give them a home away from home. ❤️🐾
