About Megan

A former corporate professional in my 40’s, I'm an Aussie expat seeking short-term house/pet-sitting opportunities upon returning to Australia for a 5-week visit over December/January. (I'm currently available 8-23 Dec and 1-7 Jan.)

I was previously minding pets regularly in my own home in Sydney through MadPaws and have plenty of references available, including several repeat clients and various house-sitting assignments.

I was travelling long-term on a kind of sabbatical when the pandemic began and I ended up stranded in SE Asia, settling in Cambodia for the last few years. I now have my own pets here in Cambodia (Pancho & Lazy, see below) and am also engaging sitters for them while I’m away, so I fully understand the stresses of leaving your fur-babies with a stranger and will shower yours with love like they’re my own, which I'll be missing like crazy!

I’m reliable and trustworthy, single, a non-smoker, into yoga & meditation, and work online remotely. Always tidy and house-proud, I’ll make sure your home and pets are properly cared for, including watering plants, walking dogs, feeding animals, etc. I’ll keep you in the loop with great communication while you're away, so you can see what your pets are up to and have peace of mind.
