About Sophie

A dog lover of many years, I have gained a lot of experience in training my own very high energy border collie. I would love to help you out with dog walking or simply checking up on your dog and providing some training, engagement and enrichment to take some pressure off your busy schedule.

I am currently available for regular dog walking on Friday afternoons only.

If there is something specific your dog needs a little extra help with such as a skill or general confidence building, I can assist, having worked through some behavioral issues with my own dog with the support of wonderful trainers.

If your best friend has any special needs or is fearful, anxious or reactive, rest assured I am able to confidently manage these situations.

I will not let dogs off lead unless I can see that they have a reliable recall in place- however I can come equipped with long leads (4-10m) to allow your dog the freedom to roam, sniff and play, whilst ensuring both you and I have the peace of mind that your furry friend will not come into harms way!

I will not allow dogs to play with unfamiliar dogs when walking unless we discuss this specifically during a meet and greet or I am in my local area and familiar with the dogs. I will however engage with your dog with games and training to provide an enriching and fulfilling walk.

I always train/ walk with food - I can come with a supply of high quality single-protein, hypoallergenic food, or you can supply your dogs favorite treats or kibble :)...
