I always put in 100% with all the services that I offer. I will care for your fury friend just like I care for mine, with love! To ensure that I provide the best quality of care, I always take note of all the information given to me at the meet and greet and during the service I sometimes take pictures that will be uploaded to mad-paws for you to view.

Caring for pets and their home is a responsibility that I take very seriously. Every pet/home is different so understanding the specific requirements, special requests and do's and don'ts of each individual booking is vital for me to be able to do my job to the best of my ability. So during the meet and greet I prefer to be told too much information rather than too little.

I have experience dealing with pet separation anxiety, I also understand that it doesn't just effect pets, but owners too, so I find the photo updates are really helpful to put the owners mind at ease. And to help your pet deal with separation anxiety I always take as much time as necessary to make sure your pet is happy and comfortable with me when I arrive. I can also organise a video call for you and your pet!

Im happy to travel but I do charge for travel 10killometers or more from Macedon, 3440. this works out to be roughly $10 per 45k depending on current fuel cost....
