From our first enquiry about us booking Billie in, to the end of the stay, Kaitlynne made eveything easy & convenient for us. Nothing was too much trouble for her, when caring for Billie & Kaitlynne sent regular updates on how Billie was going, with photos & messages. Kaitlynne sorted out a minor issue with our dog promptly & efficiently & went above & beyond to ensure Billie's stay was fun & safe.
