About Belinda
I have extensive experience looking after dogs after having my own German/shepherd X Rottweiler for 14 years, and now the proud owner of a whippet x Spaniel. I love dogs because they are such happy adventurous and curious animals. I like that they enjoy sniffing the ground, meeting new animals/people (usually!), and enjoy going to new places. And as customers go, they never complain! Gotta love that, just a little different to kids in that way.
I volunteered for 10+ years for the RSCPA as a foster carer. I really enjoy walking dogs and am currently volunteering at SCARS to get my doggie fix! For the past 5 years I lived in America where I enjoyed living in a neighborhood with lots of dog lovers, and my neighbor and I regularly walked an elderly neighbor friend of ours dog as well as our own. I believe dogs are like kids in that it takes a village to raise them, and we can all be a part of creating happy well adjusted animals that fit into our society.
As a side note, although I have blocked off weekends from my calendar, I regularly jog on Saturday mornings with my kids and husband, so if you’ve got an active dog that might benefit from a Half hour 5km, feel free to reach out to me.
I can also of course jog with your dog during the week as well. I look forward to walking dogs in beautiful Mooloolaba!
