About Stacey
Hi everyone! We are Stacey, Billy and Jack.
Stacey is a qualified veterinary nurse, Billy works full time in security wholesale and Jack is a student studying Health Sciences and working part time at Bunnings. We reside in the Moorabbin area. We have a beautiful Boxer named Dexter who is just aching for some playmates! We also have a cat named Storm - fair to say she likes to keep to herself. ;)
We all absolutely LOVE and ADORE all animals great and small. We can 100% guarantee your pets will receive the love and attention they deserve during their stay with us. As there are three of us, it's almost guaranteed that they will not be left alone and will always have someone to play with them or give them lots of cuddles!
Please read the following carefully before submitting any enquiries.
- ALL animals must be up to date with vaccinations. This is for the safety of all parties. If a certificate is not provided or sighted by Stacey prior to your booking commencement, we have the right to refuse service. The cancellation policy will still be in effect if you fail to provide this.
- As we are renting, any damages caused by your pet(s) during their stay you will be held liable for. Please let us know prior to your booking if your pet has any behavioral issues.
- Please let Stacey know if your pet has any medical conditions or special requirements that may need her attention during her stay. Please note that asking for discounted veterinary treatment or advice is strictly off limits. If we deem it necessary that your pet needs veterinary treatment during their stay, they will be taken to their usual clinic. You will need to provide these details to us prior to their stay and be responsible for any costs associated with the visit. We will always consult with you for permission before seeking veterinary treatment, unless it is considered an emergency.
* We may refuse service based on a medical condition (ie. diabetes) if we are unable to provide proper treatment for your pet during their stay.
- You are required to provide all food, bedding and toys you wish them to have during their stay with us. We will not feed or treat your pets with anything without your consent.
- All dogs are returned freshly bathed - let us know if they have any skin conditions or if you would not like this service.

Please note that house visits or pick ups/drops offs exceeding a 15 minute drive will incur a petrol surcharge.

Stacey and Billy looked after Charlie, our large labradoodle. Stacey sent photos and updates while we were away which was lovely. A minor hiccup at the end (leaving Charlie inside the house) but I’d feel very comfortable with them looking after him again.
