A full refund will be offered to Pet Owners if they cancel up until the day before the booking at 12 noon. After which Pet Owners will be charged 50% of the total booking value.

Catarina was great with Ando. Ando was welcomed into Catarina’s home and family for the weekend. We received ongoing updates and information oh how Ando was going throughout his stay. We highly recommend that you give Catarina a call if you need your fur baby minded. We are glad we have found a future sitter for Ando when we are away.
