About Francis

Hi there! I am Francis a dog lover who will care for and love your pet as if they were my own. I grew up with dogs as a child but as an adult I have not been able to care for one full time due to my current study commitments. I am a final year medical student but currently have a lot of free time outside of placements so would love to look after your dog if given the opportunity.

I am reliable, responsible and very caring and will do my best to provide the best care and support for your dog.

I would be open to hosting dogs overnight but please note I live in an apartment. Although it is quite spacious and has a balcony, it might be difficult for me to care for very large dogs.

Francis and I became friends while working together in the hospital as student doctors. He consistently approached people in a professional and respectful manner, and was always a dependable and responsible co-worker to myself and my peers! He was kind enough to dog sit for myself and my partner on multiple occasions; I have always felt very comfortable leaving Buffy, my excitable and cheeky Jackie cross with him for the day. Francis has clearly had ample experience with dogs and made Buffy feel very comfortable on the get go. I would definitely trust Francis with my pet and I know that Buffy looks forward to having a play with him again soon!…

Francis has helped me looked after Boomer many times - this includes coming over to my place to pick him up for walks, doggy daycare visits at his place as well as overnight stays at his place. Boomer is always so happy to see Francis and this shows how much fun and love he receives during their time together. Francis provides super timely photo updates (and Boomer always looks like he’s having so much fun) and has been really accommodating with any specific requests (such as walk times, feeding times), which I really appreciate as this helps ensure consistency in Boomer’s routine. He always clarifies any questions he has about Boomer and this is something I really appreciate. After each time with Francis, Boomer comes back as a relaxed and happy dog and most definitely looks forward to his next visit. I would really recommend Francis to look after your dog and believe that he will do his utmost to ensure your dog has a wonderful time with him. …
