About TIARA & BEN

Hello my name is Tiara. I moved to Melbourne from Saigon since 2019. I have worked at a couple of boarding cattery in the north and west side and pet salons in the city so I have experience with many type of cats and knowledge specifically in cat feeding. My partner, Ben is a professional pet groomer with more than 5 years+ experience so we also offer spa bath and grooming while they are staying at our place. We find that working with animal is a way for us to find inner peace.

We have 2 cats: 2-year boy ragdoll named Sushi and 1.5 year boy exotic shorthair named Soba. Sushi is a very socialise cat and love meeting people, while Soba is very timid hiding when seeing strangers but like hanging out with other cats. We love dogs too and my partner he grooms dogs at the salon, but we decide to only host cats in our house because we know that cats are very hypersensitive, especially those that have never interacted with dogs in their lives.

We understand that each of the cat is different and we want to try our best to accommodate your furry babies to his or her specific need. Here are what we provide:

🐱Food: we use Absolute Holistic, Ziwi Peak wet and air dry, and Royal canin
We actually cook food for our cats because we want them to have natural and fresh meals everyday. So this is what we are gonna feed your cat as well. We also normally top up some delicious air dried fish and meat packed with vitamins and supplement that good for their health and digestion. YES! We are very BIG in terms of how we feed the cats. This is absolutely very important because our motto is happy stomach is happy cat 😺
🐱Litter: we use all tofu litter as safest litter for cats
🐱 Warm bedding, toys to play with

Safety of the cats is at utmost important, so we have pet camera around the house and in the room. We are also very strict about cleaning and sanitising the room after cats checked out. We use environmental friendly pet graded F10 SC Veterinary Disinfectant for all of our cleaning and sanitising purposes to ensure there will be no bacteria transferring between cats.

Requirement for check-in:
🐱Desexed certificate
🐱Vaccination record
🐱Flea/ticks treatment record. If you don’t have this no worries we will require you to pay $30 so we can apply the topical fleas ticks treatment for your cat upon check in
🐱Complete a get-to-know form to help us understand your fur babies’s personalities so that we can provide them the best care they need

As we also do spa and grooming for cats, for all the stay of 3 weeks+ we will give your furry baby a bath. This is our cleanliness rule of the house :)
