I am 27 years old and live by myself in a complex that has a grassed area and lots of nearby parks. I have an enclosed balcony and I work from home twice a week, so your companion will get a lot of attention during these days! I enjoy going for morning walks, and beach / coffee on weekends. 

I miss having the company of pets, especially given my soul cat of 17 years recently passed. My mum is a dog groomer and has a ridgeback x mastiff, so I have plenty of experience with dogs. I also grew up with 2 ragdolls, and 2 other dogs when I was younger.
