A Little About Me 🐾

Hi! I’m an experienced animal lover based in Northmead, offering loving and reliable care for both dogs and cats.

I’ve grown up surrounded by animals and have always had a genuine love for dogs and cats. Over the years, I’ve cared for a variety of pets, including dogs of different breeds, sizes, personalities and energy levels.

For me, looking after animals has never felt like a job. I genuinely enjoy spending time with them, getting to know their individual personalities and making sure they feel happy, safe and loved while their owners are away.

Whether your pet is joining me for a walk, spending the day with me, or staying overnight, my goal is to make them feel as comfortable and cared for as they would at home.

🐕 Dog Walking

Every dog is different, so walks will be suited to your dog’s age, fitness level, personality and usual routine.

During our walks, I’ll make sure your dog receives plenty of exercise, attention and stimulation while keeping their safety and wellbeing my priority.

I’m located in Northmead and close to a local dog park, which can be a great option for dogs who enjoy some extra exercise and socialisation. I will only take your dog into an off-leash area with your permission and when it is appropriate for their temperament.

🏡 Doggy Day Care

For day care in my home, I currently welcome small and medium-sized dogs.

Your dog won’t simply be left alone for the day. Depending on their needs and routine, their day can include:

* Walks and outdoor time
* Supervised backyard play
* Toys and enrichment activities
* Rest and quiet time
* Lots of attention, cuddles and company
* Feeding according to your instructions
* Basic commands and games

I want my home to feel like a home away from home for your dog rather than a kennel environment.

🌙 Overnight Dog Boarding

Small and medium-sized dogs are also welcome to stay overnight.

My mum and I are both animal lovers, so pets staying with us will be treated like part of the family and receive plenty of attention and company.

I’ll follow your dog’s usual feeding, sleeping and care routine as closely as possible to help them settle in and feel comfortable.

You’re also welcome to provide their favourite bed, blanket, toys, food or anything else that helps them feel at home.

🐈 Cat Sitting & Overnight Cat Stays

Cats are absolutely welcome too!

I understand that cats have very different personalities and needs. Some want lots of attention and affection, while others prefer having their own space and approaching people when they’re comfortable.

Cats staying with me will have a safe and comfortable environment where they can relax and settle in at their own pace.

Their care can include feeding, fresh water, litter maintenance, playtime, toys, enrichment, cuddles and attention depending on what your cat enjoys.

I’ll always follow the owner’s instructions regarding feeding schedules, routines and individual preferences.

For the safety and comfort of every animal, introductions and interactions between cats and dogs will be carefully managed rather than assuming every pet will be comfortable together.

🦴 Play, Enrichment & Basic Training

While I’m not a professional dog trainer, I do have experience teaching dogs basic commands and tricks.

I believe trust comes first. I won’t immediately expect a new dog to train with me. I’ll spend time getting to know them and allowing them to become comfortable around me first.

Once we’ve built that relationship, I’m happy to incorporate basic commands, tricks, toys and enrichment games into our time together.

Why Choose Me? 🤍

🐾 Genuine animal lover
Animals have always been a big part of my life, and caring for them is something I genuinely enjoy.

🏡 Loving home environment
Pets staying with me receive personal attention in a home environment rather than being treated like another number.

🐕 Experience with different dogs
I’m comfortable caring for dogs with different personalities, breeds and energy levels.

🐈 Dogs AND cats welcome
I offer care for both dogs and cats, including overnight stays.

📸 Regular updates
I’m happy to send owners photo and video updates so you can see how your pet is doing while you’re away.

❤️ Individualised care
I’ll follow your pet’s usual feeding, walking and care instructions as closely as possible. Every animal is different, and I’ll take the time to learn what makes yours comfortable.

👩‍👧 Extra care and attention
My mum is also an animal lover, meaning pets staying in our home can receive plenty of company, attention and affection.

🌳 Great Northmead location
I’m located around Northmead with convenient access to outdoor areas for walks and exercise.

Your Pet’s Comfort Comes First 🐾

Before looking after a new pet, I’d love to learn a little about them — their personality, normal routine, feeding requirements, behaviour around other animals, medical or dietary needs and anything else you think I should know.

For pets staying in my home, I can also arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand so you and your pet can meet me and make sure everyone feels comfortable.

My aim is simple: when your pet is with me, I want you to feel confident that they’re somewhere safe, happy, loved and well cared for. 🤍🐾
