Hi!
First of all, thank you for considering me to take care of your beloved pets. Its not easy saying goodbye, regardless of the length of time you're away, but that's where I step in! I'm a full time creative based in Thornlands and fit in pet sitting/walking around my different projects where possible.
With an innate connection and love of all species as well as industry qualifications(Cert, 3 Animal studies and some vet-nurse knowledge), you can relax knowing your pets will have round the clock affection and care that is tailored to your pets species/breed and individual needs.
Anatomy, grooming, behaviour & training, clinical routines, nutrition and enrichment are just a few of the topics I learnt and became passionate about during my studies.
I am trained and comfortable to do the following:
-Administering daily/regularly needed oral medication as prescribed to cats, dogs, birds and other small animals
-Administering daily/regularly needed topical skin treatments and medications as prescribed to dogs, cats, birds and other small animals
-Preparing meals for animals that have dietary requirements
-Carrying out your pets daily training regime or exercise requirements as specified by you
Things that I am not trained in or not comfortable with doing:
-Administering any medication via sub-cutanious injection
-Administering any medication or treatment that is not prescribed or advised by a registered veterinarian or animal professional
- Administering worming and parasite medications of any kind
-Any form of training or regime that is unkind and causes the animal unnecessary stress such as negative re-enforcement or punishment. ZERO TOLERANCE.
I am currently available for the services listed below
-Dog walking
-Drop ins
-Short stays at clients home
-Long stays at clients home
-Short stays at my place(Capacity for small or low energy dogs only)
Please message me if you have any questions or enquiries.
