Hi, I'm Asha. I work from home 3 days a week as a financial analyst, which means your cat gets company, routine, and someone who's actually around when they decide 2pm is prime cuddle time.
I'm a calm, cat-obsessed sitter based in Pascoe Vale with a soft spot for shy kitties, cuddly ones, and every sassy fluffball in between.
I live in a quiet, minimalist, warm home with no other pets or chaos, just a big balcony, gorgeous park views, and plenty of windows for lounging and bird-watching. All cats are kept safely indoors, but trust me, they won't be bored. There's space, sun, toys, and a professional-level treat distributor (aka me).
My experience:
Cats have been a big part of my life, whether they were my own or part of the sharehouses I lived in. In 2018, I completed 12 house-sitting bookings through another pet-sitting platform, all 5 stars. I've added screenshots to my gallery if you'd like to peek.
I also fostered a timid rescue cat through the RSPCA for two months. She started off hiding under the bed, then became totally obsessed with me, following me everywhere, demanding cuddles and playtime, and basically becoming my shadow. Saying goodbye to her was tough, especially not knowing who adopted her, so now I stick to temporary care. It's the perfect way to give love without adopting every cat I meet (which, trust me, I would).
Your cat's typical day with me:
Morning: Breakfast, playtime, and bird-watching
Daytime: Lots of window time while I work from home, with check-ins for play and cuddles
Evening: Dinner, play session, and couch time (if they're into that)
I've cared for all kinds of cats: independent loungers, needy lap-magnets, anxious rescues, and I always adjust based on what your cat needs. I'm especially great with shy or anxious cats who need time to warm up, and senior cats who appreciate a quiet, low-stress environment. I've also given oral medication with food and I'm happy to follow specific routines, quirks, and comfort needs.
You'll get photo and video updates while you're away so you can enjoy your time off knowing your cat is safe, relaxed, and getting plenty of love (and laser pointer action).
What I provide:
I have all the basics (food bowls for wet & dry, XL litter tray, toys including laser pointer, feather wand, and ball tower, plus a wave scratcher), but most cats are happiest with their familiar items from home.
What to bring:
- Your cat's usual food
- Water bowl or fountain
- Litter and scoop bags
- Medication (if needed, with clear instructions)
- Their bed, blanket, or favorite comfort item
- Anything else that helps them feel at home

If you'd prefer to use any of your own items instead of mine, no problem at all. Whatever works best for your cat.
I'm quiet, clean, non-smoking, and I genuinely treat every pet like they're my own. If you're looking for someone calm, reliable, and completely in tune with the feline lifestyle, I'd love to care for your little legend.
